I once witnessed my best friend savaged near to death by a flock of rampant killer sheep.
It's a kill-or-be-killed world out there and poor Steve Irwin never made it back alive. Tell us your tales of survival.

and I will delete it if asked.
But, can we please stop the race for first post?
I just re-read the first few pages of this question and realised I'd missed some really good stories, because people had saved themselves a spot, only to post their story later.
So, please, I'm asking nicely, only post when you've got something to say, that way you'll get all the clicks that your very well written posts actually deserve.
*Edit* I guess it's my own fault really, if I wasn't so lazy I'd have read through them all again earlier. Meh.

They're easily ignored, and nobody's going to go back and change theirs to include a very good, funny story.

I think the race for last post is far more annoying.
I for one will continue to get first post.

Though the mods have to take some of the blame for the race for last...
Oh, all right. Most of the blame.

It seems to irritate my OCD sensibilities. It's just not... organised.

is as dead as my evil twin, I've got no hope of ever remembering the login details for that one.
My own fault then I suppose, I'll just have to re-read earlier posts more often. Even though that will be mildly annoying. :)
Definitely agree about the mods, they've gotten lazy, recycling old questions when there have been some perfectly good suggestions made, but the race for last is easy to ignore.

are pretty much not worht paying attention to, they seem to be the sort of peopel that are more interested in themselves than anyone else's view. I know it;s a generalisation but it seems to hold for most people.

but that's totally untrue.
Enzyme and Kaol generally get first post, and both of them write great stories, but I sometimes miss them, and that makes me sad.

I'm not likely to get first post this Thursday, as I'm out of the office, in London.
If I get it on my mobile, I deserve epic tribute.

A bit of crapulent idiocy is sometimes a tonic for those weary workdays.
