Lend/Borrow and Learn/TeachWhy are so many people completely incapable of using these words correctly? It makes me want to rip your tongue out of your head and choke you with it!
I almost nutted a girl at work who asked me to 'borrow her my pen'. I refused on the basis that she's clearly incapable of writing anything useful with it if she can't even ask for it properly. Upon hearing this she replied 'well if you're so good at English why don't you learn me?'

Believe it or not...Little Miss Airhead used that one on me just this morning. She's been shopping and was happily telling everyone how she'd 'brought' some shoes. She was completely baffled when I asked where they were then. I tried to explain that brought is the past tense for 'bring' not 'buy', hence the 'r' at the beginning but gave up when she asked why bought didn't have a 'y' in it too to make it 'easier to understand'. Why are these people allowed out alone?

Fortunately...or possibly unfortunatelyI have not as yet had the displeasure of hearing such a fucked up sentence. I believe this is a good thing as if I had I would more than likely be in prison for mass homicide.
