"thought shower" instead of brain storm. I mean come on, next you won't be able to call anyone a darky, spacca, or Nig...oops almost!

I work for a British company in Abu Dhabi where we can say pretty much whatever we want with no regard to cultural or sexual sensitivity. After working in UK offices for 15 years it's fucking liberating!
