People who say VW...
When it's more syllables than just saying Volkswagen. It's like they're unknowingly failing to be lazy.
It's annoying when a written abbreviation can take longer to say than the actual word. Although most of the time this is when there are w's.
I hate saying "www." but I doubt if anyone says "World Wide Web".
I always say "zero" instead of "o" if it's a number. But if you press 1471 they'll "o" so I guess it's acceptable??

"Zero" or "oh" depends on context, for me.
If I'm reciting a telephone number, I'll usually say "oh". If I'm dictating computer-related information to colleagues, I'll say "zero" to reduce the risk of letter/number confusion.

I mix and match
it becomes an 'o' in the middle of a sequence or at the beginning of the dialling code.
'o'1482 7 'o'469'zero'

I've started doing 'zero'
But I've recently had to re-learn my NATO alphabet so I blame that.

I quite like "dub-dub-dub"
Because it is somewhat reminscent of a nursey rhyme

I don't know why but that term, really, REALLY, winds me up.
It just sets me teeth on edge..

Thank god "information superhighway" is no longer used! I hated that term at the time and still hate it.
And to use your example of the phone number, I hate it when people say fourteen seventy-one." If I'm writing it down, I try to write "4-10-71"

Phone numbers
For no apparent reason I appear to use 'zero' for mobile numbers and 'o' when it's a landline as in zero-seven-seven-nine or oh-one-three-one.

I say...
"Three double-yous dot". Less of a mouth-full and if you say Worldwide Web then some people (my father for example) will try to type the whole thing.
