Fair EnoughI'm a percussionist for a living so thought it would be handy for strength etc... not so sure

Did more for my rotator cuff than years of physio.Also helped me get some grip back after my hand was put back together. I now have some voluntary movement in the ring and pinkie of that hand. Not much, but better than the claw it was.
