28 Days Later
I watched this for the first time and was hooked.

Embedded in my brain was the fact that somehow this wasnt just a made up story and I believe this virus could become real one day.

It made me obsessed with the survival mindset and I am now a bit crazy, thinking what I would do if 28 Days Later infected/zombies broke out.

I decided I would go to Sainsburys, stock up on as much food as possible and buy as many 5L water bottles as I could. I would then go home and fill the bath full of fresh cold water, to drink when the water goes off.

Then I would try and buy a gun from various gun shops in my city, then I would take all of this food home, place it in an upstairs bedroom.

I would then buy a ladder, and demolish the staircase, keeping my family on the second floor pull the ladder up.

I would then get enough food for the night and hide in the attic for the night.

What would YOU do in a zombie outbreak?

If they are slow zombies, you stand a good chance with some decent planning, if they are fast zombies, you're totally fucked. Nothings gonna stop fast zombies.

Unless they aren't zombies but rage infected humans, then you would have a chance provided you could stock enough food up and lie low.

I'd probably stock up and hide at work, full metal shutters on all windows & doors, plenty of room for several survivors, toilet & several escape routes, feel like I'm trying to sell a property now.

Fast zombies are cheating, every form of evil needs a weakness, especially when the only way to stop them is decapatation or destroying the brain.

I never understood Half Life zombies, I mean surely if Gordon's HEV suit had a helmet incorporated then head crabs would be useless and if everyone wore cycle helmets, no zombies would be created in the first place?

Just something to ponder over there.

im fortunate enough to live in a city that has a big fucking castle on a big fucking rock right in the middle of it. i'd say you could probably fita couple of thousand people inside and its an easily defensible position.
not that i've actually spent lots of time considering what to do in case of zombie attack.
