So you want to tax the shit out of harmful drugs but cut tax on fuel, which kills several thousand people every year through atmospheric pollution and enables the death of several thousand more through traffic accidents.
What's your overall aim here?

After all, it's well known that recreational drugs keep people's homes warm in winter to stop them from dying of hypothermia. They're also good for getting people to work so they can be productive members of society. Oh, and good luck powering an ambulance without some form of illegal drug.
