B3TA fixes the world
Moon Monkey says: Turn into Jeremy Clarkson for a moment, and tell us about the things that are so obviously wrong with the world, and how they should be fixed. Extra points for ludicrous over-simplification, blatant mis-representation, and humourous knob-gags.

Either he's removed himself or he's been kicked out.
Point of order: has anyone actually ever been banned from b3ta?

People get banned quite often don't they?
Spammers usually get their accounts deleted, and I think there was some kerfuffle over on /talk a few months back where a regular (and by most accounts fucked-up liar) got the hoof.

Spammers don't count.
I never go on /talk so it could happen quite frequently there for all I know.

Wowo.
You know it's serious when people stop using "b&" and "use the ban hammer!"

The Ban Hammer
is lightly wielded by the mods but is is used on a regular basis - mainly in links for blatant spamming
A noob is more likely to be banned than a regular. For a regular, you're more likely to be nawty-stepped and warned before banning.
but there are some sorts of behaviour where the hammer will come crashing down without warning.
cheers

There was someone on /talk ages ago called Bou, who caused the entirety of South Africa to be IP blocked.
She started stalking people and phoning their employers and generally being a massive lunatic. We've had quite a few folk permabanned over there.
