Sounds a lot likeThe Jeremy Kyle Show although I think you'd have to re-think the "it's a shower! Oh no it isn't! Oh yes it is! Oh no it isn't!" strategy. Most of the people on there only have a shower when they get caught in the rain without a hoodie or umbrella.
