After breaking my ankle
And having metalwork fitted, the kind hospital was good enough to give me (for FREE mind) MRSA.

And they wondered why I was nervous about going back to have the metalwork taken out a year later?

After breaking my ankle
They fixed it up, looked after me, got me to a physio, sorted later appointments, gave me loads of free drugs and removed any metal I didn't need, and I didn't have to pay anything other than my taxes.

Just saying, likes.

Yeah but
Just because they do the job right sometimes doesn't excuse the horrific mistakes they make. Yeah, the NHS is stressed and the management structure is all kinds of buggered up but they shouldn't ever be allowed to rest on their laurels, because that's precisely when things start to slip up.

So when they do bad, they're bad.

And when they do good... that's when you should really not trust them?

Do you work for a credit card company?
