today i am loathing work enforced texting bans. it is like missing a hand. also it is making me quite wistful and soppy over not hearing from the potential ALL DAY, which is NOT LIKE ME at all.

about how there needed to be more women at higher levels in law but the problem was they kept fucking off and having children. Fair enough, but I just asked politely if part of the problem was also an assumption that women were going to want/have children, and thus are less likely to get promoted because of that contributing to the shortage. He got quite huffy but I think that was because everyone else was sitting there lapping it up, and there were several hot blondes flirting like mad with him.
