this is sensible
having driven a range of cars in the previous couple of months I can also strongly recommend you don't drive any sort of Vauxhall.

A 1 litre Toyota Aygo is quicker and much more fun to drive than a 1.6 Astra.

I liked the old Vectra SRi ('97) it was damn quick as well

I imagine the old ones were better
but even a brand new 1.8 Astra had no grunt to it at all. It was ok when you are doing like 60 and accelerating, but getting there was fucking dreadful.

I'd love to have a go in a new Scirocco, they are great looking cars and Golfs are great to drive, so I imagine they must be too.

My last two hires have been an 09 Micra and a brand new 59 Fiesta.
The Fiesta was nice but the Micra was so much fun to drive. Apparently I'm picking up a brand new Micra on Sunday for the week.

They only play like 30 seconds of a song, but it's the best 30 seconds, you can fit loads of songs on a CD if you skip out the borring bits.
