I was contemplating doing halloumi and mushroom skewers on couscous with salsa verde for when Ms Foxtrot gets in from teaching, I reckon I'll make myself the risotto in place of couscous and have the same. She won't like the jalapeno aspect of the risotto and we had rice last night.

it doesn't have to be too spicy (although i like it pretty spicy myself)
i sympathise with her on the rice two nights running though.

funnily enough the veggie option in our work restaurant is haloumi skewers today, i could just nick a couple for you.
