chilly maybe, if it was properly cold I wouldn't be able to sit on my bed wearing just pants, I'd be in the bed pyjama'd up with the electric blanket on.

just take each step at a time. Put some running gear on - you're not committed to running, you're just putting it on. Do some stretches - again, you might not go running, it's just stretching. Then yell "Look! An angel giving out free bacon!" and while you're distracted dash out the door and start running.
