while I'm on secondment I can't do any of my proper work, but the amount of proper work I have hasn't really reduced, so I am left to do it in the evenings and at weekends.

hopefully this will be the last week of having too much work though.

Yesterday I found an american resturant not far from that does foot long hotdogs and the most amazing stunning shockingly good bluecheese sauce I have ever had the delight to behold. And their ribs, although arne't hte best in the planet, are fucking good.

It's when I wake up, usually, even if it's four in the morning and I just turn over and wake up slightly, all of a sudden there's stuff racing around my head then it's taken over by music. Then I can't clear my head and get back to sleep.

I've got a gizmo that has my radio plugged into it
When I wake up I press the button and it gives me 40 minutes of radio 4 and then goes off. I'm always asleep again within 5 minutes.
