Building brick walls and shifting patios so not much running. However, work have just given me a free iPhone 3GS, hence the running app.

Gives you breakdowns of average speed, calorie count etc and little voice alerts through your headphones when you pass a mile (or whatever you set it to) so you can keep track of your time and average speed. And it provides you with a little map of your route so you can prove to Mrs Cow that you were actually running, and not philandering.
