it totally is.
not tartare sauce related, but it is about fish. while on holiday I had the most amazing meal. Salt and pepper squid, followed by a seafood platter shared with the mrs which consisted of grilled seabass fillets in brown butter, caper and garlic sauce, with pan-seared scallops, crab cakes and very lightly battered tiger prawn skewers. and chips.

Oh god, that sounds good, more than good, stunning, amazing.
There is a seafood resturant down the road from me that is supposed to be amazing but I always neglect it... I think now I'm a bloke who goes to places by himself, I'll take myself there this weekend.

it was the best meal I've ever had
went to my favourite restaurant in st ives. Every component was cooked perfectly.

had the best moules frites I've ever had last week as well. particularly good for a fiver.
