there have been studies which show that once you are over a certain level of protein, consuming more has no effect at all. And that level of protein is less than the amount you would get in a piece of chicken or fish.
So all that Whey Protein that people buy is a massive waste of money.

if you have been working out, drink some water with a bit of squash in it, maybe add a bit of salt if you are really working hard.
But you probably get more than enough salt from everyday foods.

I'm near the end of university and chances are no-one will ever employ me. So I might need borrowed money more then, and if I've leeched off my proto-Alzheimers parents too much, there will be none

when I had some, it did give me a decent energy boost and i would be less stiff the next day allowing be back to the gym, GGRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
