Afternoon
I do totally awesome presents.

Back I first met mr b3th he used to write to the Wogan breakfast show. He did all these cool sketches, plays, jokes, poems and stuff, and he kept them all on tape. About 9 C90 tapes in all.

When he turned 65, I converted them all to digital, sorted them into categories (poems, plays, etc) and burned each category to its own CD. I did a gift box of 8 CDs all packaged up for him.

Alt: yesterday morning.

It took me a few months
and lots of "I'm just going upstairs for while with my laptop. No, no reason."

I bet he thought I was going at it like a boy who's just figured out what it's for...

I could be wrong
But I think the Buggery Act of (1580 ish) was only repealed in the 90's (based on seom report I cant remember the name of) for consenting males, and therefore would still be punishable by death for ladies.

*stops bumming immediately*

(, Mon 25 Jul 2011, 15:33, Reply)
so it's illegal to give
and receive?
(, Mon 25 Jul 2011, 15:35, Reply)
The Lord said it is better to give than to receive.
So I guess not.
(, Mon 25 Jul 2011, 15:43, Reply)
As I say I could be wrong,
But that would make it illegal to receive unless you are packing gentleman bits.
(, Mon 25 Jul 2011, 15:46, Reply)
you're right in that you're wrong.
it was decriminalised in 1967 for consenting males. There has never been a specific removal in law for heterosexual buggery, although sexual offences act 2003 removes the concept entirely.
