The highlight of my day - apart from all the time spent in your charming company, fellow B3tans -
was when one of my more annoying colleagues pestered me for my £5 entry fee to our office fantasy football league. No, wait, it gets better. I handed over the fiver and told him, in front of our manager, that in future for that sort of money I expected him to swallow.

That's it. Fucking hell I'm bored.

You really need an urgent 'sexual discrimination in the workplace' course

an urgent sexual discrimination in the workplace course to stop being such a zany chap

zany chap Bertie Woofter

bertie Woofter perishing leftfooter
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:10, Reply)
Greatest footballer of all time was left-footed

Graham Le Saux?
I MADE A FOOTBALL JOYK!
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:19, Reply)
This is good for two reasons

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:20, Reply)
What's the second?

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:23, Reply)
Robbie Fowler famously bent over in a game and pointed his arse to him
calling him a big puff live on TV
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:26, Reply)
Ohhh, was DF refering to that ugly coke snorting pikey Fowler?

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:28, Reply)
Of course I fucking wasn't
AA might think so, I hate the ugly cunt. Sporters was congratulating you on a) knowing Graeme le Saux was left-footed and b) implying that I was citing a gay footballer
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:37, Reply)
I hope you're not thinking of that cunt Pearce

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:23, Reply)
Oooooooooooh dear
*prepares duelling pistols*
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:24, Reply)
We've had this debate before mate
And you lost that time as well.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:27, Reply)
No I didn't
You suggested you were a better full-back than the best player ever to occupy an England shirt in that position. Which is patently ludicrous, even by B3tan standards.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:31, Reply)
Not quite
I said I was better than Pearce. Different thing altogether!

And I'm not half as ugly.

Anyway, got to run. Laterz.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:37, Reply)
if you're not dancing on the edge of a disciplinary
work is no fun

The highlight of my day was comparing compliment slip designs to use for the company
Their similarity and blandness was a sight to behold. Reminded me of that scene in American Psycho.

Then again, most things make me think about smashing Jared Leto in the head with an axe.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:08, Reply)
'That's bone'

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:10, Reply)
And you have the nerve to call me a gay

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:11, Reply)
on that theme
may I apologise. I did my first 'Darth is gay' joke the other day. I'd avoided it up until then
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:13, Reply)
You're the first person ever to apologise for it as far as I can recall
(which is typically not very far)

Thank you
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:15, Reply)
Your painting is good

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:18, Reply)
why, thank you sir

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:19, Reply)
It reminds me of Paris or something
1880s Paris
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:19, Reply)
A very lonely 1880's Paris

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:21, Reply)
Hey, it wasn't all Kylie Minogue and that Aussie bint you know

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:21, Reply)
I fucking hate that film
and even I know it was set in turn-of-the-century Paris
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:25, Reply)
I haven't watched it so I don't
Musical innit = SHIT
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:27, Reply)
musicals are great
although I've never seen it (I'm assuming you're talking moulin rouge?)
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:30, Reply)
Right on both counts
Musicals are awesome, if done well.

Moulin Rouge is not done well.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:32, Reply)
I will avoid it then
There was a few seconds (during traumatic time in life) in which I was suddenly surprised by the fact that everyone wasn't singing what they said. Musicals are for melodrama
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:35, Reply)
A couple of the pictures it's based on
is in Italy
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:21, Reply)
I remember that, I was there, I was.....er, drunk I think
I may need to apologise to someone as well, I'll be back.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:20, Reply)
I think I was insulting you or something

(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:23, Reply)
*checks*
Nope, no insults, just 'Carry On' sytle innuendo and talking a load of ol' toot.
(, Thu 4 Aug 2011, 16:30, Reply)
well, that makes a change
