Some of those areas are quite sensitive to that sort of thing.

It contains
- Smoked salmon - Blandish, it's just a bit of fish. Note, smoked salmon, not raw.
- Two prawns butterflyed.
- Two fried chicken balls (Karagi or something like that).... ok, not so good.
- Edinami Beens (a type of peas-in-the-pod)
- Teryakki Sauce.
- A smidgin of wasabi
You're right, I do eat quite exoticly, and very well, I think in part it's my "Fuck you, I'll do what I want" to the world. I don't drink, I don't _not_ drink eaither though, I just would rather get a nice bite to eat, and my tablets do enough of the relaxing effects that one would get from drinks. I did have a single mojito earlier (and oh my dayz, I found out today the place next door me does the perfect one), but I don't think I've drunk to excess this year and haven't been even mary more than a handful of times.
I've written about how I've been into food before, I'll try and dig it out.
Also, the amazing butchers near work did 4 big venison fillet steaks for £10, so I bought them up and will make them tomorow with a chocolate-port (I have from Marks'n'sparks last year) reduction, mash and something green, not sure what.

I know a few people with troubled insides (not Crohns, though) and they have to be *so* careful about what they eat. Simply cooked meat, no dressings or sauces on their veg etc, nothing spicy.
One of them couldn't even eat shepherd's pie.

everyone I know who has Crohn's has to manage their diet in order to alleviate their symptoms...I'm sure you wouldn't have nearly so many problems if you did the same. But then equally, you'd probably be really bored by what you ate...

without denying himself the good food he loves. Might as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb.

... and if you look at the quantities of what I actually eat, I throw away at least 1/3 of whats on my plate, because I can't stomach a lot of food. When I eat at home, it takes me hours to finish a meal. Little and often is generally how I do it.

I still eat them, but I work out whats happening the next day and judge it on that in the same way people do a hangover. Imagine if every day you're going to wake up with a headache no matter what happens, and if you drink the night before, you'll have a worst headache, but still one nether the less. Now imagine that's for the rest of your life, do you never touch a drop again?

I had to give up Diet Coke (and I love it to rswipe proportions) because there's something in it I'm allergic to.

I don't tolerate wheat or milk products very well, but I still eat them. Just less of them than I used to. Because let's face it, a life without cheese and bread is FUCKING DULL.

My diet is sooooo bad for me, and I know it's exactly why my health is so bad, why I'm always tired, why I'm overweight, and why I have no energy. If I were sensible, I'd eat nothing but healthy, sensible food all the time. But, dammit, you're right. Life without yummy things is seriously boring.

But the burning component of Wasabi is not oil-based (like capsaicin in chilis), so probably won't burn his undercarriage. He shouldn't stick it up his nose though.
