Afternoon DG, how are you sir? Any luck on the job-hunting front?

I'm not even sure what I'm going to look for, to be honest. I liked what I did so something in that field would be nice, but since the work is heavily reliant on government and European funding, it might not be so easy.

Fell into it by accident and found I really enjoyed it.

Some utter bilge that should never have been touched with a bargepole as well, mind, but that's the risk you take when you hand over responsibility for decision making to well meaning but amateur community bodies.

Do you ever do that thing where you and a mate put your palms together in a praying and side-ways praying form, and then between the index and ring fingers you both make a gap, you then slot your grap into your friends gap, and then open your palm a bit so you can see inside, and it looks a bit like a fanny (or chinese style sideways fanny, depending on who's horizontal and who's vertical).

Do you ever do that thing where you get a friend to thread a pencil between his fingers , so the pencil goes over the little finger then under the next one, then over the next one (and so on)..... and once they've done that, you get them to put their hand on the table and slam your fist down on it so it breaks the pencil (if they're lucky, it'll break the first time, so you don't have to do it again).

Are you going to give that fish lasagne a go, Gonz?

The thing I'm not sure about though, is when you make a lasagnia, you used dried sheets, but I want to make my own pasta, and I donno how to dry out pasta (in my flat, don't really have an airing cupboard, and I'm not entirely sure how to dry it out before the eggs go off).... but I guess if I don't bake it, I kind of construct it and maybe reheat it, then I could use my home made fresh pasta.
