They are brilliant if you need to keep in touch with your work e-mails while being out and about.
They are not very good as "smartphones" as no apps work very well and the OS is fucking shit and unstable.

But you know, swings and roundabouts.

iPhone announcement next week, I heard it might not incude the iPhone 5 but instead just be the 'iPhone 4S'. I'm not 100% convinced I'll be upgrading, might head on over to Windows Mobile 7 next time.
