stupid postman put my reminders through the flat next door, so i only got them all when it was too late. yes i should still have remembered the date, but i was only 6 days late, and i've got a totally clean driving licence going back 17 years blah blah. i think i'll win, i've got off parking tickets for much less.

I believe tits are admissable as evidence in cases such as this.
At least if the defendant doesn't present tits, the average ruling does seem to go against them.
