Well, when you write the sentance "Why am I here?", the 'I' is capitalised, because it's a person and they deserve the respect of a capitalised letter. So why isn't 'Me' and 'You' capitalised, because that's refering to a person too.

... so really could do without eating 3 entire tupperwear boxes of backlava.
The piece that I did have though was a devine pleasure sent from an angel, there is no better backalava in the world as the one in my cupboard.
I came up with a wicked idea, you know how you get chocolate bars, like Mars and all that. Well, if you covered the backlava with chocolate, then it wouldn't get your hands all sticky and you could package it and sale it in shops.

Personally I'm not keen on the stuff as it's way too sweet for my palate. She did make an extra batch of syrup for it, so it's well sticky.
She forgot to take a batch for clendrix when she left yours, so if you see her there's some for her and Wooks to share.

I found Tu's backlava not too sweet, normally it's a lot more sweat and sticky than that, and it's also normally a lot thinner. But there are so many different small snacky squares combinations of filo, nuts and syrup that fall under the catagory of 'backlava', this is right up there with the best though, it's more of a desert than a with-fresh-tea-or-coffee snack.
