Just prescription strength ibuprofen
If I take enough, things go a bit warm and fuzzy. Tea helps a lot too. But mostly the painkillers.

Endo is when that stuff grows on other organs in your body. It still grows and sheds and cramps and stuff, but in bizarre places, and it has nowhere to go. And it hurts like a bastard.
