Attack the Block is not too bad, I suppose
but it made me very, very cross at teenagers in general, and people who talk in that annoying patois, like, innit blud, you get me? Allow.

What have you enjoyed that's also made you incredibly cross/annoyed/pissed off? Apart from anger wanks, obviously.

Alt: Saturday afternoons. What are they good for, assuming you don't want to suffer the complete and utter nightmare that is 'town', or 'other people'?

the next generation will always use language
to piss off or confuse the previous generation.

I'm annoyed that my life is so goddam boring right now. How did it get like this? Everyone seems to have someone, i can only surmise there is something seriously wrong with my personality.

fooorrrveeeever aloooooooooone!

You're not allowed into the Glorious Survivors or Divorce yet.
unless you're on your second already.

No, I'm still on my first.
But I married a bitter divorcé, if that helps...

Probably helps you.

but there's only so many lies that makes up for
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 16:02, Reply)
Here is something what I have learned in my many, many years of life
There is nothing wromng with your personality. If you make yourself match up to someone else, neitehr of you will be happy. You have to be yourself, and all that nonsense.

Also, don't look at other people's situations and assume they are better than your own. You never know what's going on behind closed doors...

the jobsworth cunt I encountered at the royal mail delivery office this morning
supposedly open til 12.30, I rock up at 12.25 and all is locked and dark. So I wandered over to the nearest employee and started to politely make my case. You can't come in here, he spat indignantly. We're closed.
But it's not time yet, and I really need to pick up this thing or you'll return it, because it's recorded, and I can't get here again until next weekend..
Not my problem. We've all gone home. And you're not supposed to be in here, get lost before I have you escorted from the premises.
Cunt. Cunt. Cunt. Cunt. Cunt. I was so bloody polite to him as well.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:00, Reply)
cunt

(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:01, Reply)
You should have torched the place.
But you'll have to settle for being terribly British and writing a strongly-worded letter.

Including teh word 'cunt'.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:02, Reply)
You should write and complain.
You can't go wrong with a nice letter.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:23, Reply)
He was just so offensive
and I was like 'but I was only asking, calm down!' what a fucking douchebag. That put me in a bad mood for nearly an hour, but I've been doing my masterchef thing for the last two, so I've calmed down a bit now.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:27, Reply)
What is your masterchef thing?

(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:28, Reply)
I'm making homemade pasta dough
because I want to make ravioli with it. Merguez and pumpkin, to be precise. And I'm also making about two weeksworth of soup for my lunches. Om nom nom.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:29, Reply)
Sounds fab.
I'm still none the wiser how this relates to Masterchef though.

Is TB looking forward to some homemade pasta?
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:31, Reply)
Because it's all impressive and stuff
stop making my afternoon's cooking feel ordinary :(

He'd better be, since it's for him.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:34, Reply)

(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:34, Reply)
you will again Cavy, you will.
I own.... 6 now, which would be inpressive for a 1 bedroom flat if they were not all cheap and covering bits of shitty carpet.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:38, Reply)
i'm hoping i instantly start caring about stuff
like that when i own a house. I could just make rugs, i suppose
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:41, Reply)
I careed more about not having to look at this shitty carpet anymore.
most of my flat is covered in rugs, throws blankets etc. they cover the shitty furniture and décor, you can take them with you when you leave and give what has charitably been called a bohemian atmosphere.
(, Sat 8 Oct 2011, 17:47, Reply)
