Sugar, water, butter, boil it.
there's recipes online, I used: allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/8124/simple-toffee.aspx

I'd noit recomend it, what I made was too sweet, maaybe needed more salt or something, not sure, some recipes call for condenced milk.

I don't eat chicken, I'm pescatarian and trying to transition to proper veggie. I remember it being tasty.

I'd need to find out how much lack of toes would effect my life I guess, I don't feel like I use them much, but maybe walking would become difficult, or ballance, not sure.

You'd probably have to sell your flip-flop collection.

This I could live with.

i hate flip flops
what the hell is wrong with the world that there should be footwear that encourages you to put things between your toes *shudder*

You need your big toes, they're the important ones. But I think if you had the other four then it might make up for the lack of a big one.
That looks good, what do they mean by a prepaired tin? Salt in caramel/fudge works really well, big bits of sea salt, in chocolate too, it's the latest fad, true story.

buggered if I know on the tin, I just poured it out on some baking paper

You know what? I might knick your idea tonight, how long did it take from switching on the hob to it turning into fudge did it take?

Bloody ages, because I but too much water in
probably should be 10 minutes, oh and toffee, not fudge, much harder and sweeter, i'd double the salt they suggest, but your call.
