I'm upset. Does that help?
Some fucking cunt in year 6 has been bullying my daughter (aged 4), to the point where he bit her face yesterday. Is it wrong to murder a 10 year old?
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:43, 4 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
she probably deserved it, she's a fucking cocktease

You'll feel much better afterwards.

Good plan

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:44, Reply)
I'll do it if you're busy.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:45, Reply)
I always have time for a bumraping

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:48, Reply)
Oh dear, hope that fuckwit on QOTW doesn't see this, he'll be getting all indignant again

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:58, Reply)
yes.
but it's OK to tie up and pistol-whip his parents, though.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:45, Reply)
Also a good plan
Seriously, why bully someone literally half your size?
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:45, Reply)
They're the easiest to bully, you idiot.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:46, Reply)
because bigger people are harder to bully?

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:46, Reply)
In your own time, old boy.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:51, Reply)
Why run around with your pants on your head pretending to be batman
he's 10, he has no idea what he's doing.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:47, Reply)
isn't 10 the legal age of respobsibility in this counrty?
technically that's assault
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:47, Reply)
Most sensible post you have made yet Quentin
I'm actually going to click Like
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:49, Reply)
cheers sportscow, i don't hope your daughter gets bullied by that boy anymore

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:50, Reply)
It's not fucking sensible,
trying to get a 10 year old arrested for assault is not a sensible course of action, it'll just make everything worse.
You're just emotional because your kid is hurt. Buy her some ice cream and be nice to her, don't run off trying to avenge her honour, she doesn't give a shit.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:52, Reply)
he should be punished for his actions and its not like the school can discipline him

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:53, Reply)
You're better at this than I thought it would.
It's pretty easy to get offtopicers driving their hondas but you're especially good at it.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:54, Reply)
cheers coat bro

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:57, Reply)
Chompy
The main issue I have is that this can happen, not necessarily to my daughter, just in general. As (amazingly) Quentin correctly says, 10 is the age of legal responsibility so he should know better.

She does give a shit. She has been bitten on the face less than 3 months after starting school. Going from a little nursery into the "big wide world" in her eyes. This is hardly going to help her settle in, is it?
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:58, Reply)
i think you probably should have brought her up better, made it so she's less of a victim and able to stand up for herself you know?

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:00, Reply)
You really should try living under a bridge
and threatening goats
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:01, Reply)
you should try being a better parent

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:02, Reply)
You should try drinking battery acid.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:04, Reply)
pretty sure that wouldn't be very nice
think i'll stick to tizer thanks
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:06, Reply)
and you could try being a monumental cunt
oh...
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:06, Reply)
i'm on your side you poohead
that boy needs hanging
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:08, Reply)
a 10 year old biting the face of a 4 year old
the kid sounds to me like he needs a bit of a check by a psychiatrist or something.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:00, Reply)
By a fucking dentist if I have my way

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:02, Reply)
my brother's a deputy head
and he gets parents in all the time who simply won't accept that their precious little son/daughter has done anything wrong. the worst was the mother of twins, who called my brother racist and said he had put her sons in detention for a week just because they were black.

the little sods had kicked the shit out of a kid 3 years younger than them and nicked his mobile. is it any wonder they thought that was ok, if that is how their parent/s discipline them?!
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:05, Reply)
oH MAN YOU ARE SO RACIST, IT'S OBVIOUSLY A SET UP

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:14, Reply)
Well have you spoken to the teachers about it?
Just ask them what they're doing about it, they'll probably know what's necessary more than anyone here and probably have a bullying policy.
Just make sure you're kept up to date and see if you can get a copy of the policy.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:05, Reply)
We went to the school last night and spoke to her teacher.
She is following it up today. I'm trying to stay calm about it all and not kick off but it needs to be dealt with correctly so it doesn't happen again to either my daughter or anyone elses
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:08, Reply)
There is no human situation so miserable that it cannot be made worse by the presence of a policeman.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:50, Reply)

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:52, Reply)

That wouldn't work in this case, would it, you dimwit?
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:03, Reply)
course it would, we're reading this, not hearing it
your a bit slow enit?
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:05, Reply)
You're right, I should probably stop doing that...

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:48, Reply)
Of course he knows what he's doing.

(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:49, Reply)
what a moronic thing to say
4 year olds know when they are doing something wrong. in fact, my 2 year old niece knows damn well when she is being naughty. she does it on purpose.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:51, Reply)
that's not strictly true.
children that young (2) don't understand the morality of right and wrong per se. They know they have done something wrong because adults tell that it's wrong, not because they understand the consequences or why it is wrong.

A ten-year old fucking should, though.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:55, Reply)
in the case of bullying/biting another child they most definitely know it is wrong even at age 2!
obviously in the case of whether infidelity is ever excusable, or whether the church and the state should be separated, or greece should be bailed out, that's slightly different...
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:58, Reply)
I dunno, you know
there's a lot of fairly decent research about empathy vs development and when children are very little, they only understand the issue from their point of view ... if they hit another child and take a toy off them, they get the toy. But, then an adult might tell them off and take the toy off them, so they might lose out. The effect on the other child simply doesn't matter to them until they are older. So I guess it depends on what you mean by 'knowing it's wrong'

Greece needs to fuck off though.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:02, Reply)
i am taking this in a narrow context
of does the 10 year old know that he is hurting the 4 year old and is he doing that deliberately. and i cannot believe for 1 split second that the answer to those questions is anything other than a resounding YES.

not the food though. that can stay.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:03, Reply)
Of, for a ten year old, for certain. Unless he's got serious problems
I was back with the 2 year old.

You have to let us keep their lamb stuff as well as the veggie stuff, though.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 11:33, Reply)
Dress him in a Man Utd shirt and send him to Frankland
Ian will take care of him for you with a nice hot bath.
(, Tue 8 Nov 2011, 10:47, Reply)
