cheese and tomato flatbread
topped with pepperoni, chorizo, red pepper and jalapenos. And more cheese. 5 minutes in the oven, bosh. Absolutely delicious.

My new pizza base
I'm definitely a fan.

The local delivery place has started doing a barbecue pizza with barbecue sauce on the base instead of tomato.
Fucking win.

Dominos Meateor has BBQ sauce instead of tomato.
If Dominos is your bag.
They'll also do any of their others with the same, if you like.
Obviously not advocating Dominos, just saying, like.

Not a big fan of Dominos, but this town is massively inflated for takeaway because it's commuter belt and we have a private university
so everything's expensive. Fucking stupid capitalism.

Make your own!
It's what we do ;)
Smug as fuck!

And FFS please don't go thinking that I like Dominos :(
I've just perused the letterbox leaflet is all.

Yeah, I love making the base, it's so easy and satisfying.

Damned right!
Every few months or whatever I'll knock up a batch of pizza sauce, basically homemade BBQ ketchup.
Fucking lush. Batch it and freeze it using takeaway boxes. If you only need half a box then smash it with the steak hammer, whilst still frozen of course. Actually my Polish MIL has just given me a new (pretty darn old) meat hammer, it's cast aluminium with a stainless steel blade part set into the ally. Needed a new shaft so I got one off an old hammer, hickory I think. Works a treat, you can hack up and flatten an entire chicken in about three minutes. Razor sharp and weighs about 600g. Reckon it would be great for dismembering a body.

Garlic Chiabatta covered with sauce of Sofrito, Garlic, Garlic'n'Chili chutney and basal'n'tomarto tomarto sauce....
.... with mushrooms and ham and pine nuts and buffalow motzerlla.

To make a french bread pizza.

Winning without the mushrooms.

(, Sat 26 Nov 2011, 19:49, Reply)
You don't like mushrooms? I digg muchrooms hard.
That would be wicked if you knew them so you could pick them up on your walk, although I know how dangerous it is.

I'm just waiting for it to brown on top then I'll take them out. Might have that lush bath I was gonna have yeserday. In fact, I will do that.

I don't like mushrooms, no, they're a bit wrong in my mouth.
There's some good guides to wild mushrooms and I see plenty out and about. Not being a fan I don't tend to get them, maybe I've just been ruined by regular button mushrooms.
(, Sat 26 Nov 2011, 20:13, Reply)
There is a wide array of edible mushrooms, I'd give maybe a few others a try just to see.
But I don't think it's uncommon to dislike them.

Chicken and chips man, that's going on the list for tomorrow *defrosts chicken wings*

(, Sat 26 Nov 2011, 19:44, Reply)
Reminds me of my youth living in a pub when our favorite meal was chicken and chips in a basket.
