and he annoyed me sooooooooo much yesterday too - asked for a bit of legal advice, which i happily gave, along with support, sympathy and the offer of free storage etc. lots of emails were exchanged. as i always have to when advising any friend/family member, i caveated the advice email to say it was personal from me, and nothing to do with my firm.

a few hours later, i get: seriously, i am offended and surprised that you felt the need to be that formal with me.
