but the buggers will never give me more than 7 at a time and it takes 2 to knock me out. I'm going to try one and an early night tonight and see how that goes.
I think the underlying issue is I need to take up meditation or some shit, I get stupidly stressed even over comparitively minor stuff and it's just not right.

identify that a tiny proportion of smokers MAY experience issues. Much as alcohol makes a tiny proportion of drinkers violent and/or dependent. Like that - but an even tinier proportion. They also suggest that this small demographic are, to use a medical term, 'whoopsy lightweights'.
