I did 30 minutes on an exercise bike
20 minutes on a cross trainer, and then did a quick circuit of the heavy stuff.

I was going to hurt myself on the rowing machine, but I couldn't be arsed by that point.

I got one jew-ass pimped up meal for dinner
- Bubbalas... a doughnut made using motza meal, egg and milk. Should be covered in sugar and cineman (or lemon) but don't have any so will use honey.
- Ma's chicken soup, with spagetti (didn't have any lockshan) and kandalach(a sort of jewish dumpling)

The qualification I'm working towards is an SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science.

I remember when Bristol Rovers ground shared with Bath City for 10 years, I went to a number of games there, in both the home and away ends, just to try and see an away derby victory.

Although that probably only cost me a fiver.
