This news story is a bit interesting.
www.guardian.co.uk/society/2012/jun/06/unpaid-jubilee-jobseekers-downing-street
What are your opinions? Do you think that people should have access to toilets and somewhere to change or ARE THEY ALL SCROUNGING LAZY MOANY CUNTS??!?!?!?!
I also like how the government doesn't give a toss that as a direct result of their policy people are being treated badly.
Alt: fuck you

Molly Prince was on the radio this morning saying "It was just a logistics error"

Them arriving at the place two hours early could be a error.
That's explainable but shoddy. Them not having changing rooms and being expected to change on a coach parked on the street isn't a logistics error. Them not having access to toilets isn't a logistics error. Them being expected to work very long shifts unpaid wasn't anything to do with logistics. They were doing security for a big event on the cheap, which to be honest is terrifying.

Interesting how how having to change IN PUBLIC is now on a coach, in public, which might, or might not, be perfectly reasonable.

Nope. they were meant to be dropped off at 5am, change on the coach then get to work soon after
they got dropped off around 3am, the coach fucked off, they had to wait there until 5 or 6am and then they were told to get changed on the street and get to work.

From a purely economic and right wing standpoint.
We shouldn't be paying job seekers allowance for people who are doing work for someone.
They should be getting at least minimum wage and paying tax on it, then they can go and spend that wage on whatever they want making the economy that little bit better.

It's the company that loses out having some prick with one arm longer than the other 'shadow' an existing member of staff for a shift
and then decide afterwards that it's 'not really their thing'. Not that they'll ever tell you mind, they just won't turn up ever again.
