Pretty good.
Spent all day on a training course. Tomorrow I have an interview for my Chartership. I went for a run, when I got back I had a message from a friend in Australia asking me to check up on her daughter (who is in London) as she has just had surgery and she was worried about her.

So I called her up and she was fine, very much a "Oh god my mother won't stop worrying".
