www.luardos.co.uk/php/food.php

it did leave my hands all sticky and I've got some greasy stains on my shirt, so we have that in common.
(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:31, Reply)

(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:32, Reply)
I think I had the steak burrito last time
also good.

Why is pulled pork better than cut pork?

(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:36, Reply)
it's tenderererer

(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:38, Reply)
How does not cutting it make it more tender?
Surely its how it cooks that matters. Not having a go or owt I am genuinely curious.
(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:40, Reply)
It is cooked differently
slow cooked until it can be pulled apart.
(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:44, Reply)
Yeh so why not cook it like that then cut it?
Why is it called pulled pork and not slow cooked pork?
(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 13:51, Reply)
Because when you cut it, it falls apart

(, Fri 6 Jul 2012, 14:09, Reply)
Slow cooked so it falls of the bone.
I've only seen it on programmes like Man Vs Food.
