I'm pretty good, ta. I was out last night too. Nothing too exciting, just round to a mate's. But late enough to ensure I'll probably nod off on the sofa this evening.

In fact, we lost the remote control for our freeview box thing a few weeks back and haven't watched a thing since.

Freshly baked Focaccia bread topped with Unami, Garlic, tomarto paste, cheddar, parmazon.
Boil in the bag mussels in a white wine sauce boiled in the same pot as some fresh spegetti, that I then spruced up with some cream and more garlic and a bit of chili.
Then later I'm going to make a pineapple tart-ta-tan with chili and maybe toffee/fudge instead of caramel. I donno, whats the one where you add cream to caramel?

And I'm not going to change that until I'm up to my nuts in some bird's guts.

Very exotic. I had pie, beans and fried Ayrshire new tatties. With HP sauce. And garlic bread. 'Twas good.
