I have a new breakfast regime of a slice of ham with my morning cuppa, as protein is better brain food than carbs. I am testing whether it makes me feel more alert in the mornings, and so far so good although that might also be the not drinking the last couple of nights.

Steak sounds a bit intense for breakfast, but I might give it a go. Would this be a regular steak e.g. 8oz fillet or some kind of special breakfast steak, perhaps thinly sliced or something?
