Are using disproportionate force as always, and probably white phosphorus as well.
But hey, god said they could have Gaza.

How advanced Israel's weaponry is compared to the Palestinians. It's like hitting back against peashooters with an Uzi.

It's really a stupid argument to say the weaponry is not as advanced so it can't do any damage.

But yeah, the analogy was bad. What I meant is that Israel are using disproportionate force, just as they did last time around. Plus, credible reports of white phosphorus being used, which is, as I understand it, prohibited.

I don't think that Israel have much of a moral dilemma in shooting at the people organising and funding this sort of prolonged campaign.

And we all know how trigger happy they are. I think trilemma is more apt- negotiation, surgical strikes or carpet bombing military and civilian targets.
Wonder which one they'll choose?

They specifically target a Hamas leaders house, unfortunatly there were dozens of other people, including women amd children that were in the house at the time.

Who knows?

How are you supposed to have a good war if people keep cheating?

Exercising one of them is why we don't currently have the problems in Northern Ireland that we used to.

But also proof of rightness. if we agree on anything it must be true.

and I didn't bring up NI. I think my point that negotiation can bring peace when continued retaliation just keeps hostilities going still holds though.
this is a pragmatic point rather than an ideological one BTW.
