I need a brainless film to watch tonight

Yeah, pretty good.

Your local supermarket is monitoring this thread and should have it on the shelves by the time you leave work?

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:27, Reply)
exactly this

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:28, Reply)
Were you going to borrow my DVD copy that I bought from Sainsburys?

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:28, Reply)
sharing copyrighted material is wrong
Why do you think the government is finally closing down those flagrant criminals the "libraries"
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:31, Reply)
Don't libraries have to pay for a licence to distribute copyright material?

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:34, Reply)
i have no idea
i didn't check the legalities of my flippant and throw away post before uploading it
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:36, Reply)
I'm afraid in this instance b3th is acually right.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:39, Reply)
I wasn't seriously suggesting that libraries run an illigal book lending racket
that for hundreds of years successive governments have been unable to shut down
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:42, Reply)
Well, I'd appreciate it if you could take a bit more care next time, thank you.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:39, Reply)
At the risk of conforming to stereotype
Yes.

It's actually very good. A bit unneccessary, as far as any film can be 'neccessary' anyway, but very good.
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:22, Reply)
The girl in it is a bit of an alright if you ask me.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:23, Reply)
is it emma stone
she's hot
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:26, Reply)
I've fancied her since Smokey & The Bandit.
...oh...you mean Emma Stone.

I saw 'Ted' the other night.
It was completely brainless, but it made me chuckle. And it has Mila Kunis in it, so you know...
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:22, Reply)
I would like to kiss her on the lips.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:23, Reply)
I think even *I'd* like to do that

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:28, Reply)
and me!

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:34, Reply)
oh wow that's a bit fast
i'd sure hold the hand right out of her though
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:32, Reply)
I'd hold her hand into next week

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:35, Reply)
ohhh we have a contender...
although mrs ape might ant to watch that, she definately won't want to see spiderman though
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:27, Reply)
If she grew up in the 80s and likes Family Guy, she'll love it.
It does get a touch 'Peter Kay' about the 80s though, but if 'someone else' is 'paying' for you to see it, it's not bad.
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:30, Reply)
It wasn't as good as I'd hoped it would be
but it was still funny. The odd throw away line was hilarious, like when Mark Whalberg is walking along and Mila Kunis asks him if he's walking home alone and he rpelies "Yes, and if I get raped I've got no-one to blame but myself for dressing like this"
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:31, Reply)
I quite enjoyed it.
Either Expendables 2 or The Hunger Games for me tonight, I reckon.
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:31, Reply)
I didn't think Hunger Games was as good as I was hoping.
But then I thought about it some more and realised that it's a kids book and they did as well as they could.
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:34, Reply)
the girl has a stupid face

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:36, Reply)
I disagree, I quite like it.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:37, Reply)
It looks like someone shaved a hamster then gave it too much botox

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:40, Reply)
Dozer will be so upset.

(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:41, Reply)
She is actually a very wooden and one dimensional actress in that film
which is why I find it odd that she received such praise
(, Tue 18 Dec 2012, 16:38, Reply)
She wasn't bad in X-Men.
