Just had a talk on staying fit for busy people
boils down to, pilates/zumba what-have-you do no good after about 8 weeks as your body has adapted. But mostly since you probably spend 20 hours a day sitting or lying down, don't sit down at the gym - i.e. use the free weights not the machines.
