I had the Dragon 32
then I got a BBC Micro and then an Amiga. The BBC and the Amiga were awesome. I have RSI from playing Speedball 2.

I was about 8 when I got it and learned some BASIC.
The bit of which I can still remember is:

10 PRINT Al is a cunt
20 GOTO 10

Yeah, it was a good game for the time but I don't think I liked it that much

(, Wed 20 Feb 2013, 12:12, Reply)
I think I only had one game; preferred learning BASIC.

The BBC and the Acorn
were very similar I seem to recall. The games were much better than the early console platform games etc. The Amiga would knock the Nintendo and SNES into a cocked hat for type and number of games. I had over 400 games at one point.

I had to sell it when I started work as I was sitting up until 4 in the morning playing Railroad Tycoon or some other shit.

The Electron was a cut-price BBC
with some of the expensive graphics chips removed. We had one, and an Atari STe, the Atari was way better for games though.

You don't want to make it all Savile-esque.

I still have a working N64 that comes out at Christmas
4 joypads, games like Mario Kart64, Golden eye, Perfect dark & Conkers bad fur day are still suprisingly good to play.
