agreedi was a shadow by the end of it. but it's a rite of passage, and trainees working those hours are generally drafting for someone else to check/approve, ie very little actually goes out.
unless it's 5am, you're utterly fucked, and you inadvertently send a confidential document to someone who isn't your supervising colleague by mistake of course...
