The ride is poor
if you go for an automatic the gears changes are terrible.
the handling is very bad for a sporty car.

If you want a hairdresser car like that the SLK is a better car with a stronger engine, or you can get a boxer for a similar outlay

Run flats are easily replaced and the source of the poor ride,
only a cunt or a beginner goes for an auto, handling is something that every professional reviewer disagrees with you on but I am reserving judgement until I test drive one.

SLKs and Boxsters are both very nice cars, but the Boxsters are more expensive to buy, if you look

I don't like losing the engine control that the manual 'box gives you.
I want to drive my car, not point and squirt. I don't like most driver aids for this reason and turn them off if I can.
