Sprouts are nice cut up and pan friend with pancetta.
Not for you though, being a veggie.
I doubt it has the same taste fried with tofu or whatever.

I tried being a vegetarian once when I was a kid. Used to hang about The Monument with all the cruelty hippes.
It was going well until they told me I couldn't eat sweets because of gelatin.
