Yep. That's the one.
This is the problem with our benefit culture, they see it as an entitlement.
One thing I do agree with the Tory's is they seem to be tightening it for them. You would think this would push them to get jobs, but instead it will just up the crime rate.

With regard to the 3rd world countries it is a slightly different situation, they have many children as a lot die during the early years so by having many kids they can ensure the bloodline.

What annoys me more is the world leaders, even megastars have enough money to stop poverty without making a tiny dent in their banks.

Also, their Governments are more corrupt than ours so any help rarely reaches them.
