I feel sorry for those who are book snobs. I just finished reading all the Hungry Games books and they were really enjoyable for the most part. I'd hate to base my choices of books, films and pretty much anything, of what I like, on what other people think.

I don't mind action stuff, Andy McNabb is an excellent author, as is Chris Ryan. Well plotted, and well written.I made the 'sarky'comment because I know dozer can be a bit snobby about literature. And whiskEEEEEEy ;)

Andy McNab and Chris Ryan is what got me into reading-for-pleasure as a teenager.I haven't read them in many years, but they're the authors who first got me into enjoying books.
