Nothing wrong with domios white sauce, does the job, and the red sauces you can spruce up yourself.Fuck making 2 different sauces for 1 dish.

But if you ain't lookin' for michaline stars and just want to bung something in the oven after a day's work, then its no biggie, it's not exactly horrible.By the time you've mixed on some pre grated cheese, it makes no difference, and I basicly never have milk in either.
