They should do a steak Nando's
Even though Nando's is just overpriced chicken and chips, there's a market there.

I thought nandos was meant to be cheap?

I suppose it isn't when you think that it is a "restaurant"

(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:12, Reply)
There is a chain. It's called Beefeater and it's existed for nearly 40 years.
Fuckwit.
(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:11, Reply)
Fuckwit for not knowing what a "Beefeater" is?
You guys are strange.
(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:13, Reply)
For not knowing that there are chains of steak restaurants & thinking you've spotted a market opportunity that isn't there.
See also other chains such as Cote.

I've been missing out.
I think that Beefeater is in Leicester Square?
(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:16, Reply)
No. That's an Angus steakhouse.
Beloved of tourists willing to pay over the odds for poor quality.

I went to a chain one in France who did the most beautiful steak. Buffalo Grill.
Gusto do a nice one too.

Never heard of it. I was thinking of that Gusto tune.

(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:37, Reply)
Never heard of someone say they've had an even OK meal there.
Their location must be their biggest asset.
(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:48, Reply)
They rent the site. Their business isn't big enough to afford buying the freehold.

(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:56, Reply)
christ, do they still exist?
what about bernis?

There are about 200 Beefeaters (one of the chains I was responsible for at Whitbread). Berni hasn't existed for a looooooooooong time.

(, Tue 25 Feb 2014, 14:21, Reply)
I thought they do do steak?
I sometimes go for their chicken livers, even though they're chard to pieces and they don't cut out ANY of the sinu.
