Any suggestions?
How can I hide a large dog in my house without housemates or landlord seeing it?

I was thinking of wallpapering it and getting it to sit very still.

nail a plank of wood to its head
and call it table

put a lamp shade on its head
and call it a novelty clockwork item.

Erm.
on it's white tummy, paint an orange bit so it looks like he's a natural stone burning fire?

Not bad. I could then throw scraps onto the 'fire' as a way of feeding it.

If you've got a means of keeping an animal in suspended animation
you can open it up and hide it in the fridge. When someone looks inside, just tell them you've stocked up on lots of meat.

Get a horse

no one will notice the dog.

You could even hide the dog inside the horse.
